Staff and hotel are amazing clean and make you feel very comfortable. first time eating at bar and food was amazing as well as service, very affordable also, breakfast as always was delicious and very clean, The only issue is parking as i need handicapped parking and with only 2 spots had to park down by river and walk up stairs that were not shoveled.

Exceeded our expectations.

It was delightful! The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and very well taken care of. We will be back.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjours. L'emplacement est idéal; à proximité des chutes (usa) et à quelques minutes des douanes pour d'autres activités au Canada. Le déjeuner est excellent!!! Le personnel très professionnel et aidant.

Everything we need is in the hotel especially with the toddler. We had a problem with the door card like 5 times before it work but the front desk are so kind and happy people, that i don't mind waiting to worked its magic lol. We love it cuz we compared it with our families hotel ours are free reserved parking and hot breakfast(hot drink the whole day and surprise yummy snacks in the afternoon).

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good but no waffles and missed srambled eggs(no refill), nice city and mist view.

The property is at a good location. Very easily accessible and close to many attractions like the Rainbow bridge, American Falls, etc. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and very well managed.

I read some negative reviews before our stay but we found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and well maintained. Some complained about the smoke but we were in a non-smoking room and there was no hint of smoke. The only place we found smokey was the smoking side of the casino but that is separated from the rest which smelled fine. The only downside is there isn't much around the casino in terms of dining options (unless you are into the Hard Rock or Rainforest Cafe) so we ate on the Canadian...

Was a great stay. Nice and close to casino. Only problem walls are thin we could hear very loud children all morning long

I had a great stay here. Staff was friendly and the property looked new and modern. It was close to the falls and casino. Only downside was the mandatory daily fee of $19.95.
