"Disappointing stay. View good. Room has cindenblock walls, only hard wooden chairs to sit on. Bath needs update. Door to room only closes if you pull up on handle firmly, very firmly, to align it. Cheez. Fix it already. Poor maids have to do all the time. Security guard, an agressive woman, pounded on next door unit at midnight, waking us up, to tell the occupant to stop smoking on his balcony. That kind of place. Only for low budgeters who are willing to shout out about 400 a nite with all the feez. Boutique hotel it is no, more like Motel 808. "

"The hotel room showed wear and tear. Floor was mildly clean. Didnt like the shower or bathroom lighting. Used room service once, it was prompt but overly prices as with all food. We found other places to eat. The lobby was extremely noisey. We did have a partial ocean view but the lanai was small and the chairs were large and took up most of the small space. Pool areas clean."

"The location was great. The staff is very friendly and warm. The hotel offered beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. All the rooms are ocean front and the view was lovely. Now for the bad.... The rooms are is disrepair. Very old and outdated, very dingy and dirty. Stains on the bedding, dust and grease over all of the furniture, towel bars falling off the walls, ant traps and rat traps everywhere. The mattresses were horribly uncomfortable, with dents and springs poking through. It was uncomfortable to touch anything in the room due to how dirty things were. The AC unit had black mold growing inside (the cover was broken so we had full view of the inner workings). We were not able to use it, and my son had respiratory symptoms every time we returned to the room and all night. Our room was right in the middle of four rooms who were all traveling together. So each night they would gather and roam back and forth between the rooms, loud and intoxicated and late into the wee hours of the morning. Then, the cherry on top - the fire alarm started malfunctioning and was beeping constantly from friday until we checked out monday. And the alarm was directly outside our door. It went all night long for 3 nights. we got no sleep. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. No offer was made to move us to a different room or discount our stay or compensate us in some way for this awful experience. We will not be returning here. "

"Your incidental fees are a bit high for a night $215 (still pending) The bathroom looked like it needs a new tub and the phone charger in my room wasn’t working, also the walkways need to drain better when it rains because my entire shoes got soak and wet but other than those issues, everything else was great and the staff was pleasant! "

"Condo is located close to Kuhio highway, lots of road noise. Checkin process is very confusing, no office staff onsite. Process was not communicated clearly at all. Both TVs/remotes did not work and there was nobody to call or come fix it. Pools are cold and hot tub way too hot. Room was spacious and clean. "

"Absolutely perfect location. Amenities were terrific, staff helpful and host thought of every possible item you might need during the stay. We look forward to returning!"

"Thank you for a great stay! Location was excellent with bike rentals for the path right across the alley. On the ocean for spectacular sunrise! Had enough space for myself and three daughters so we could all have our own bed which was great! "
