« We loved this place! My family of 6 stayed 5 nights and the location was perfect - just steps away from the pool and beach. I could see the ocean waves as I sat on the bed in the primary suite. Everything was exactly as described and Bruce, the host, was very responsive. We would love to return during a future visit to Kauai! »

« This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place! »

« Beautiful view with beach steps from the condo. This is a beautiful condo. The condo was very clean and beautifully updated. As soon as you walk in you are treated to the most stunning view of the ocean. This property is within walking distance to restaurants and The Coconut Market Place for shopping and groceries. « Our stay was memorable for the parents, kids and grandma. The kids loved gecko hunting and the pool. Grandma enjoyed watching the waves on the lanai and seeing the weather come through while enjoying the constant breeze. And there is nothing better than grilling with the sound of waves while being able to watch the kids swim. The condo is centrally located and made it easy to explore the island and chase the sun on beach days. Great condo, good times. »

« The unit was beautiful. Private 2nd floor entry ( no elevator). Kitchen and living areas looked out over pool to waimea bay and mountains in distance. Could hear waves crashing and birds singing. The unit is very nicely furnished. Bed super comfy. 2 bathrooms a plus. Well stocked kitchen with nice coffee pot + espresso maker ( WOW!). We could access paved path along beach and walk to great coffee shops, farmers market Tuesdays and Thursdays plus Lava Lava Beach club and Hukilau restaurants...

« This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves.
