We recently stayed here during our trip to Kauai and overall had a lovely experience. The location was perfect—centrally located, making it easy to explore all sides of the island. The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. While the beach gear (umbrella and chairs) was a bit rusty and worn, it still worked well enough for our beach days. The beds were Tempur-Pedic, which some might love, but we found them a bit uncomfortable. We let our kids take the bedroom while we slept on the pullout couch ourselves. The central location in Kapaa was good to visit all the island. The two separate AC units were great to keep us cool during the night. Loved the very close proximity to the beach and Coconut Market.
