I do not no how long it had been since someone cleaned under bed in master bedroom. The cabinet that the trash was in was very loose so my husband tightened that so it did not break. « My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the place was perfect. The complex is immaculate with friendly staff. The beach was at the end of the complex and it was much less crowded than most of the other beaches. « Communication was excellent and the location was nice along a coastal walk. The winds in the area create a dusty film on the windows and at present (April 2024) the views don’t look like the photo. There is active construction going on (as mentioned in listing but not shown) so you see see buildings going up between you and the ocean. »

« The patio and View are unparalleled. We saw turtles every day, and I saw a lot of whales spouts. The sunsets were magnificent. For the most part, it was very quiet. This condominium is nestled in a lovely neighborhood with some nice walking paths. We discovered within an hour to never leave food out. Is these little tiny ants just swarmed some dried fruit we had. After that, no sign of insects once we cleaned everything up and did not leave food out. « First of all, the property was larger than I had expected and would be very comfortable for 4 people. The place was fresh and spotless. The view out the front was postcard perfect. The common facilities, (Pool and Gas Grills) were also top notch, and were carefully cleaned by the Condominium staff everyday. « Myself and my husband stayed with my friend and her husband. The condo was prefect for 2 couples. Having the full and fully stocked kitchen with the washer/dryer and beach chairs/umbrella worked out great for all of us. You definitely need to have a car here in Kauai.
