The Cliffs is situated in a large neighborhood of condo accommodations which seems the norm in Princeville. It is not a resort (no restaurant or lounge on site) our unit was huge and well equipped ... very comfortable. The grounds are pretty plain and nothing special. but the ocean view across the street is spectacular. The pool is very small but there are tennis courts. This is a very quiet, laid back area for families & older people. If you are looking for lots of action ... this is not the place for you. Close to golf course & central to everything in the Princeville area.

I’m not one to write reviews but I just couldn’t help myself for this property. It was absolute heaven. The pool was perfect and you didn’t smell like chlorine when you got out. It was a 8 minute drive to Hanalei Bay and a 4 minute drive to 7 of the most amazing hiking trails. The unit was absolutely beautiful. There wasn’t AC like some of the others have mentioned but honestly, I didn’t really care. There were so many fans that were really powerful and the cross breeze from having the windows open felt nice. The grounds were immaculate. And I felt so safe. I was travelling alone so it was nice to have a place to walk around after dinner. The only thing that really bothered me was the front desk staff were so snotty. I had to deal with three different people during my stay there in various small items like checking in and checking out and asking for directions. I couldn’t believe how rude they were and condescending. Maybe it was my energy but all three of them were equally rude. I got the feeling that they hated tourists but why work in tourism if you are loaded off at tourist. Anyway, if you don’t have to deal with the front end staff I highly recommend this spot.
