"My husband and I vacationed in Kauai for the 3rd time in 6 years. We got married in Poipu in 2018 and fell in love with the island. This trip was our 2nd time staying on the North shore and it did not disappoint. Hoku Lani was perfect for us. The location and property were wonderful. There are so many beaches within a short drive of the property. There is a beautiful golf course within walking distance. There is also shopping with a grocery store, post office and restaurants within a mile. We walked there a couple times during our stay. We highly recommend Hideaway Pizza, Happy Talk lounge at Hanaoei Bay Resort and 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. The Sugarcane Blaze cocktai at 1 Hotel Hanalei is a Must try. If you love Mexican food, try Pacos Tacos in Kapaa…muy delicioso. I had the chicken taco salad and my husband had the carnitas burrito. Both were excellent! There are so many places I could recommend but I’d run out of room to write :) The hosts, Tony and Judith were very hospitable and friendly. The condo provided all the amenities to enjoy while at the beach or pool. The pool is very close and water temperature perfect. We spent every morning relaxing on the balcony while drinking our coffee. Overall, Great condo, location and entire stay. Aloha"

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Lei who checked us in. She’s amazing. Really loved our trip and plan on going back."

"My recent stay at 1 Hotel in Kauai, Hawaii, was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in luxury and beauty. The resort is incredibly swanky, with meticulously maintained grounds that make you feel like you've stepped into a tropical paradise. The private beach is simply the most amazing beach I've ever experienced. The crystal-clear waters and pristine sands provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. We spent hours basking in the sun and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The food at the resort was absolutely delightful. Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and creativity. The staff at 1 Hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to the manager, Nicholas Gold, who made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Nicholas was always available to assist us with any requests, making us feel truly valued and cared for. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add a few more dinner entrees to the 1 Kitchen menu, which also serves as the in-room dining menu. Having a bit more variety would elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, 1 Hotel Kauai is a paradise on earth. The impeccable grounds, stunning private beach, delectable food, and outstanding staff make it a must-visit destination. I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay!"
