This unit is perfect for guests who are looking to explore the beautiful island of Kauai. The location is extremely convenient for getting around with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. It is centrally located and only 30 mins away from the north and south side of the island. This unit has a comfortable King-sized bed and full sized bathroom along with AC! You can lounge by the swimming pool or walk along the beach which is just steps away from the property. At Kauai Kailani, you will find yourself right at home. BBQ Grills, Meeting/Recreation Room, Ping Pong Table, and Books are provided here for ease of access and your convenience. The location is extremely easy for getting around the whole island. You can access multiple beaches, shops, numerous restaurants/food trucks, and not to mention having a Safeway right across the street. We had zero complications and we know others in our area lost internet service, power or water. So we felt lucky. My husband is short and elderly with loss of leg strength so the higher than normal bed height was a small challenge. Kapa’a is the PERFECT location in our opinion and this stay allowed us to have the best of all worlds. Close to downtown Kapa’a, across from Safeway and Wailua shave ice, ample parking available in the adjacent resort for us. Also has beach access which was perfect but I will say this beach was small and rocky but great for morning walks and sunrises. My finance and I stayed here and it was the perfect size for us. The upstairs neighbors were very loud walking around and that was unpleasant but out of the owner’s control. The AC was helpful to cool the room when fans and windows weren’t sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were a handful of dishes and silverware. The room seemed larger to me in person than in the images; I was very comfortable and happy with it. There is nothing like watching the sunrise on the beach right in front of the property. The location is perfect with easy access to Kapaa Town and Lihue, and being directly across the street from a grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurant. Right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants with a grocery store right across the street! Great for those who tend to be out and about during the day and looking for a clean convenient place. I loved watching the sun rise on the beach with a cup of coffee every morning! ##### Kathryn C. The place was very clean with great amenitits. The checkin process was very simple and we loved having a code on the door. The property is literally right on the beach and it was perfect.
