"Beautiful, peaceful location just minutes away from the Volcanoes National Park entrance. Road access is unpaved and little dicey so a bigger SUV is helpful. Clean and well decorated interior and tons of flowers and birds just outside the windows. We had a pair of friendly pheasants who stopped by in the mornings. Beds are comfy and it has all the amenities you need! Unfortunately the hot tub was out of commission during our visit - but it would be perfect after hiking around the park! Owners...

"This resort was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. The only reason that I did not give it a perfect review was due to the really weird design of the window in the bedroom. It was a corner window that faced into the outdoor entrance to the condo. "Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort "
