We selected this resort after attending a luau here during our last visit. Unfortunately, the luau wasn't offered during our stay. The hotel and grounds were lovely, but it was the hospitality of the staff that really set this facility apart. Our only criticism is regarding housekeeping. I work in Hospitality, so I understand how difficult it is recovering staff right now. In fact, there were JOB FAIR signs everywhere in the islands. However, if you are only going to offer housekeeping services every 3rd day, then it would be nice if you stocked more than one day's portion of coffee, and at least one extra set of towels. Besides the fact that there are no pool towels for evening swimmers (a fact we weren't the only ones to discover), we used the same damp bath towels for the duration of our stay, and purchased our morning coffee at Kona Mountain Coffee (expensive, but delicious and worth the 30 minute drive).
