"We stayed for three days and really enjoyed the neighborhood, park, and proximity to the ocean. The neighbors were the only downside. There was a massive party on our first night and so we were not able to sleep very well. Party was less than a second night and happily quiet on the third night."

"Incredible place and location, almost over the water! However, Ali’i Drive is pretty noisy and the homeless in the area a bit concerning."

"The unit was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. It was so nice having a washer/dryer for our scuba diving trip. The tenant on the first floor was extremely quiet (we barely knew she was there!). The kitchen is well equipped and there was bottled water in the fridge on our arrival. All the appliances worked fine. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Internet was good. Lots of towels and a comfy couch to stream TV. "Great location on the ocean just beyond downtown Kona between beach and great snorkeling spots. Home has a nice layout and 3 fulls baths. Well equipped kitchen, baths, and bedrooms (nice mattresses and pillows, sheets and towels). Property manager easy to communicate with. Electronics are dated and dusty, but most people aren't sitting in front of the tv ;). We would stay at this home again. Mahalo!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The house was 7 minutes to Keauhou Bay which was where our Manta Ray and Kealakekua Bay snorkel trip departed from. The house is also across the street from some of the best snorkeling we did on the island, we snorkeled at Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook Bay) and a couple spots north of the airport and we still preferred the bay across the street. The rooms are private, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is so well equipped, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware....

"We lived this property! The view cannot be beat! You can hear the waves crashing against the sea walls and it’s just magical! There is so much to explore just off site! Our kids had a blast exploring the lava sea cliffs and playing in the tide pools. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. We enjoyed having our breakfasts and dinners out in the balcony and the kids loved the soak pool. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"This is the perfect place for a quiet family getaway. House has everything you could ask for with comfortable beds and pillows. Full kitchen with spices on hand. Game room and dvds on first floor. Incredible views from balcony and snorkeling sets, kayaks, boogie boards etc. Private, primitive snorkeling site that can be reached scrambling over lava rocks (stairs washed out)- Not for small kiddos or anyone needing assistance, but most people would have no problem, especially since it’s so private...

"This resort was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. The only reason that I did not give it a perfect review was due to the really weird design of the window in the bedroom. It was a corner window that faced into the outdoor entrance to the condo.
