Your host lives upstairs. Your's is a new two bedroom, one bath unit, with a full sized kitchen and adjoining dining area. . There is a large lanai viewing the ocean with plenty of relaxing chairs and an outside dining area. You will be a 7 minute walk to Honl's beach and 22 minutes to downtown Kona. The amenities of the property were as listed, and made for a very comfortable stay for our family of three adults staying on the Big Island. We especially enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the outdoor patio, and the spacious yard. Jim was a fantastic host, with great communication and was easily accessible as needed. The host was wonderful and informative about the area and we will definitely book this room if available the next time we come.
