Discovery Bay Deep water home near launch and marina.


Not your typical vacation home. 2bd 2ba single level duet on Marlin Dr. Totally remodeled this home featuring quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, spacious deck and dock . You can side tie to the 36ft dock. Side yard features putting green, outdoor TV, Lynx BBQ, 3 kayaks newer and clean patio furniture with a 10 minutes' drive to fast water. No kidding!!!
You can even paddle or boat over to the Chandlery or the Boardwalk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Steak House is just minutes away by car also. This home offers a terrific water and hill view, but not the hot westerly sun. All cookware, towels, sheets, etc included. Wi fi internet and Xfinity TV too! Come and enjoy the Discovery Bay life. We did and that is why we bought. NOTE: this home is not your typical rental. We would appreciate it if you would take care of it like your own. We look forward to seeing you!!
NOTE: When securing a date please expect to return a short application and copy of your ID or driver's license within 72 hours. Additionally, we have a Nest doorbell and Nest rear camera facing the deck/dock. Please be aware this camera is not monitored but it does record for liability purposes.

Wonderful Spot for the Family

We stayed here for the July 4 holiday weekend, 2 parents, 2 teens, and the dog. Plenty of room for everyone inside and outside. The kids loved the paddle boards, kayaks, and putting green. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Safeway is close by. We spent alot of time on the deck, enjoying the water view. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

This property is one of the best kept properties that I have had the pleasure to vacation in. The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including the kitchen which was well stocked with the essentials. You can tell the owners take great pride in their home and it shows. Beautifully maintained house in Discovery Bay

Perfect place for our family to gather for a wedding. Wish we had time to take advantage of all of the amenities the house provided (rafts, SUP, BBQ, and more). Such a pretty setting and the house is very well-maintained.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay here! The house was spotless and Peter was very helpful with the check in process. Plenty of room on the deck to lounge while enjoying the beautiful view. My boys fished off the deck and kayaked around and loved every minute! We look forward to coming back someday.

Delightful Place for an Extended Stay

I booked the property for my mom's extended stay in California to escape the cold weather of her home in the Northwest. This property was perfect for her! Ideal location, private yard and expansive deck with with gorgeous views. The fully updated interior, garage parking and a clean quiet neighborhood were a huge bonus! Communication with the owner/property manager was seamless. She will be back next year!!

We had an amazing and wonderful stay in Discovery Bay at this beautiful condo! The views of the water each morning made it relaxing, enjoyable and we felt like this was a little slice of heaven!! Incredible home, amazing location and Very Peaceful

My partner and I had the best time at this beautiful home! Peter and Kathy were the best hosts that I have experienced so far with VRBO! They love their place and it shows. The home was clean, beds were very comfortable (best sleep I’ve had in years) and the kitchen was so stocked with cooking items I enjoyed making fancy homemade dinners. Then there was the view!!! I told Peter I wanted to have just a restful relaxing vacation and boy did I get it and then some. The deck overlooks the water and it’s perfect for enjoying a cup if coffee or at night a glass of wine and relaxing. I cannot praise this place and it’s host enough !

Beautiful home and location.

The house was wonderful! We had everything we needed. The hosts were great to work with. We stayed in Discovery Bay and drove to Napa, Sonoma and San Francisco. The drive was long and traffic isn’t great, but when we’re able to relax each evening that made an end to each day perfect. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

25th Anniversary Getaway

Wonderful updated home and beautiful location!! Great communication with host and easy to check in and out. We loved having a daily view of the water and getting to fish, swim and take our boat out everyday! Definitely will return!

Discovery Bay?

We loved it! Beautiful view of the water. House was so completely furnished with everything you would need. Kitchen was well stocked. More spices than I have at home. Tomatoes just outside. Picked them every night for our salad. Wonderful deck to watch birds, ducks and fish jumping. Coffee every morning and dinner with sunsets every night. Had never heard of Discovery Bay but so glad we found it. We would definitely come back here.
