Great location just minutes from port, Petit Champlain, and Funicular up to Dufferin Terrace to Upper Old Quebec City. They did offer a breakfast at $25/person but we chose to walk I to Place Royale and get lively pastries and coffees at Maison Smith. Will stay here again. Only "complaint" is that our room did not have any bedside outlets for charging and maybe a little more light in shower would have been nice. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
