"the hotel is beautiful and keeps their history instead of looking like modern hotels and why i liked grand hotel . i stayed here back in 2003 and it was a great stay but the staff were nice but did not go out of their way to help . now , the staff has really stepped up . took care of our every need . 1 of our jackets fell into a puddle and was soaked . they dried it and had it to us before we needed it to go to dinner . amazing service . cant wait to stay here again "

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel! The location was wonderful, right in the heart of an area with so many options for shopping and eating! Took us 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Espana and the metro there! The staff was so wonderful and warm. Each morning we we’re welcome to breakfast with an amazing spread, cheerful, and attentive servers who were happy to make your favorite coffee drink! And in the evenings, Marco went out of his way to give us recommendations for restaurants and call to make reservations for us…give us help for traveling routes, and when my husband came back after twisting his ankle – right away, he insisted on getting ice for us. You could not find a sweeter guy. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a lovely room amongst the kindest people!"

"Great location in the heart of Rome. Most major attractions are within walking distance — about 25 minutes to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps, and around 35 minutes to the Colosseum (or 15 minutes by metro). The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was cleaned and the bed made every day. The hotel is clean, well presented, and located on the second floor. The shower was spacious and we appreciated the free water dispenser with reusable bottles provided. Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. The only minor issues were that the ground floor buzzer didn’t seem to work on arrival, and the underside of the decorative bed runner had a stain. Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient location."
