Great Hotel. 20 to 30 min walking distance from main Rome attractions. Lots of restaurants near by and excellent rooftop for drinks before going to bed. Rooms are decent size.

Excellent location being walking distance to the station and also amazing restaurants nearby and extremely clean room with great ammenities. Staff were superb and very helpful. Definitely recommend Best Western when in Rome.

The only issue I had with this property is the car service to the airport. They were kind enough to arrange a car for us to the airport at a flat rate of 70 Euro. I specifically asked if I could use a credit card, and it was stated there would be a 5 Euro surcharge for a card and to pay the driver. We get to the airport, he presents us the bill for 75 Euro including the surcharge and he won't take a credit card. We were forced to go into the airport and exchange money to pay him in cash. We ended up giving him 80 Euro and he walked off giving us no change. Just wanted to make the property aware if drivers may be taking advantage of travelers, so make sure you have enough Euro for the drive should you opt for it.

Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the Best Western Plus! The property itself was very clean and safe. It was super walkable from the train station (like 5 minutes) which made getting to and from there easy. While slightly further, it was also walkable to a lot of major attractions. We only ended up taking a taxi two times. The housekeeper (Aspie, I think his name was) was so kind and incredibly helpful as we didn’t necessarily want our room cleaned, but needed extra towels, toilet paper, etc. The rooftop bar was also really enjoyable in the evening and a great place to sit, have a drink, and see some of Rome! My one complaint was that it got a little noisy, both inside and outside. Being downtown, it made sense for it to be loud outside so it didn’t bother me as much, but what bothered me was we had some incredibly rude people on our floor who were inconsiderate of “quiet hours”. As in screaming children running up and down the hallway at 2:30 AM and loud young adults knocking on friend/relatives doors and yelling at 6:30 AM. At one point we had to say something because it was so obnoxious. Again though, that was more reflective on the people themself rather than the hotel/staff. I would definitely stay here again though!

Great place to stay if you are doing stuff in Rome. Conveniently located. Small room , not much place to move around , and on the outside , not far from hotel there were many homeless people which for some would make you feel unsafe. But that’s life in Rome at the moment and if you don’t bother anyone, no one will bother you either.
