The timber flooring in the room was not solidly supported - it flexed under our feet. The aircon didn’t work - the finger buttons in the control panel were broken and may be a safety risk. The property was ideally located for us and was very clean. Breakfast was adequate.
There is plenty of space in the room, breakfast is great, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is located next to the Opera, and it is about 15-20 minutes walk from the Colosseum, Spanish stairs, Fontana Trevi, and Piazza Navona. Via Firenze is a quiet street.
