"Hotel Invictus stay and review"
The hotel entrance is easily missed since there are no huge signs or give aways that it is a hotel. Just looking into the entrance it appears to be a block of flats, the hotel starts on the 2nd floor (there is a lift). Once inside the hotel the reception is smart and manned, the staff I found helpful and attentive. The room we had looked upmarket and clean. All in all I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a good room at reasonable price. Most of the main attractions will require a trip on the metro (unless you are keen on walking) although there is one only 10 minutes away.

"Nice hotel close to train station"
I have to say on my vacation in europe this was indeed the most comfortable and clean hotel of all. Remodeled to the modern touch was small but very comfortable and breakfest was good. Close to the train station where you can go to venice and come back in one day. Also stop 1 is at train station for all hop on hop off buses. Would like to say congrats on them and for people who gave lower rating sometimes no matter what you cant make those people happy thank you

"Friendly, clean and the location is perfect."
Loved our stay here. Great room, clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. We slept well. Would have liked tea and coffee fascilities in the room, but drinks were provided free of charge in the lounge. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice, best of all it was served until 10am! The staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is great for all the sights. We had a taxi to The Vatican and walked back via Piazza Navona and the Pantheon visiting several churches enroute. The Colleseum is just down the road. There were some super restaurants within walking distance. The area is lively and vibrant at night. Loved it!

"Bragging rights on its location!"
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights on Oct 17, 18 19, 2016. We stayed on the 1st floor (above the reception) in Rm. 01 and had 3 large windows with wood shutters overlooking the street below. It is a walking street, not many vehicles, but it can be noisy if one is a light sleeper. But, once the windows are closed completely, the noise disappears! Our room was very comfortable, clean and roomy with a large bathroom with a very good shower spray hose. We kept our windows open, people watching and enjoying the fresh breezes! There are 3 restaurants right outside the front door so one never has to go too far for food! The 5th floor terrrace is large and very nice for a sunset cocktail or an extensive breakfast with a great variety and "squeeze your own" fresh juice!! The location is the best! To the right, stroll 5 minutes to the Trevi fountain and then additional 15 minutes the Spanish Steps. To the left, Hadrian's Temple is next door, then stroll 8 minutes to the Pantheon and additional 15 minutes to Navona Square. We also walked about 25 minutes to the Colosseum and about 30 minutes to the Vatican. Had an awesome time!!

Via Sforza 10, Rome - Map
"Basic Hotel"
The hotel is comfortable, has what you need, but nothing fancy. The rooms are basic with a bed and armour for hanging clothes. The bath is small with a shower that would not accomodate a larger person. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided, though the sheets are not replaced daily and were "itchy" to the point that we checked for bugs a couple of times. There is a nice patio area on the roof with a view of the city of Rome. The breakfast is very nice with meat, cheese, breads, cereals, coffee and juices. Americans who are used to cold milk will be disappointed. The breakfast staff are excellent and efficient. Some of the desk staff were good, but two of them did not seem to care for Americans giving just what was necessary to us.

"Great Location and Excellent Value"
This is a really great boutique hotel very close to the main railway station. It is very clean, quiet and easily accessible. Our rate included an excellent breakfast which is quite an advantage when you consider the cost of meals in Rome. The staff, especially the lady that serves in the breakfast area, are very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel is within walking distance to all the major attractions. Room was extremely small - just big enough to fit the bed. Same with bathroom and shower. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.
