All staff excelled with service, but the bar tender in the evening personalized the service and was genuinely interested in you. I recommend this hotel for quality, value, attention to detail with a service level that is unparalleled."

"Great location, clean rooms, 24-hour staff at the front desk. Located near restaurants and easy walk to the Vatican, St Peter's Basilica and local attractions. Our room was on the street and it was loud until about 2 am (bar across the street). The beds were old (we were sleeping in divots with a large hump in the middle)."

"Hi we stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our spacious room. We stayed in a junior suite that was clean and housekeeping was great! The location is in the Prati region which is nice and quiet with lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping within walking distance. Also Lepatano Metro Station was a 10min walk away. The Vatican was a 20min walk away. The hotel staff was amazing and helped answer all our questions. The only negative I can think of is that the hotel had a scent infused into the lobby that at times we found overpowering. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family"
