"Great location, "
We actually ended up staying at sister hotel atlante star just round the corner due to maintenance works, the sister hotel has a great roof top bar and restaurant, staff very helpful And friendly, close to the Vatican City and metro link to get Around the city. Hotel room was a little small and very warm but was cleaned each day.

"hotel close to train station"
Overall, it was a great experience. I would have rated it 4.5 or 4.6 is that was possible. Friendly, helpful staff especially at the reception desk. The room was not ready when we arrived, but no problem; our luggage was whisked off to a safe storage area and delivered to our room when we returned. We were also able to freshen up before leaving to see the sights of Rome. Located a little out of the way from most of the sights--quite a walking distance to them--and away from good restaurants. Be careful about the A restaurant that is recommended--we got sick. Very modern, it offered choices for pillows, mattresses, had a usb portion the sleeping area and an outlet that switched to 120 volt in the bathroom. It was very clean, offered toiletries, maps of the area.

"Fabulous location"
We stayed 3 days and two nights at the hotel with breakfast included. I'm so glad that we chose the hotel purely on the basis of location, we are a family of 4 and we were able to walk to all the local site seeing hotspots. The metro is around the corner too and easy to use, children under 10 travel free also. The hotel needs some renovating, our room was a little tatty purely from age. The ceiling of he bathroom was crumbling away, the taps were old and well used. The carpet was worn. However the hotel was clean. The breakfast was great, good selection of a variety of things to have in the morning. The people in Italy can be abrupt and not very friendly, queuing is a bit of a fight. I was on the metro at least 5 times and I am nearly 8 months pregnant (very obviously) and was not offered a seat once and was pushed about many times that my husband would have to hold me to stop me from falling down. Hospitality is something to be desired. However the nicest, warmest and friendliest people we came across were the hotel staff. Very helpful and great English. I would recommend the hotel on the basis of staff, location and breakfast.

"Central hotel with amazing staff and great rooms"
We stayed here for 4 nights and we where so pleased to see how close it was to the colosseum and trevi fountain. I am a disabled traveller and there where a few little steps which my wheelchair couldn't get over but nothing too huge. Overall I couldn't have been happier with the hotel, the staff where very helpful. I recommend to all but the severely disabled

"Great hotel in a great location"
We chose this hotel on location and budget. We were more than pleased with what the hotel offered, very close to the Vatican City and the Basillica great bats all around , close to the great shopping and metro and also within walking distance of all other attractions. The staff were amazing and really helpful, the hotel has great decor with quirky features the rooms were a great size and very clean the only issue was the lighting could be a little better. Without a doubt would recommend to anyone

"Close to everything"
Location can not be beat Five minute walk fromColosseum, Palantino, Forum, etc... Twenty minute walk to Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps Fourty-five minute to Vatican City There are probably more modern hotels, but the accommodations are more than you would expect for the price. Great value We stayed in the anex which is in the same courtyard, thirty feed from the checkin desk. The rooms were large. You entered into a sitting room with the bedroom to the right and the bathroom to the left. Bathroom was huge with a very large shower. Very clean Did not get the breakfast - too many options within a five minute walk Nice Irish Pub accross what is primarily a pedestrian street Our room was directly over the street and it was not noisy at all - of course we were there in early December so the windows were closed Room was very clean - very satisfied - will definately stay here again
