UNA Hotel Roma

Via Giovanni Amendola, 57, Rome - Map
"Excellent Central Hotel"
Fantastic location 2 blocks from Roma Termini central train station. Upgraded, clean rooms. Big queen bed, very comfortable. Beautiful shower, and bathtub (a rarity in hotel). Amazing breakfast, huge buffet with mutliple European and North American classics. Amazing coffee (each table has a huge pot with a pot of steamed milk). The only downfall is no pool and no gym, things that I expect in North America. Uncommon in Europe though. We walked so much every day, I was able to look beyond the lack of gym. Lots of amazing things to do around the hotel. Would stay again (and I am VERY) picky with hotels. My favourite chain of hotels is the Fairmont Hotels, which this really reminded me of.

not as close to the train station as advertised. They wouldn't allow us to use espresso machine after 10am. Clean but small rooms.

Napoleon Hotel

"Great Location "
We have just returned from Rome after a 7 nights stay and one of the major reasons for our enjoyable time was our stay at the Napoleon. When booking I enquired about transfers from the airport they arranged it all and it was superb. They had maps and suggestions and went out of their way to make sure you had a good time. A good buffet breakfast was included and it was plentiful. Our stay was at the recommendation of a friend and I in turn would have no hesitation in suggesting it to friends.

"Nice hotel"
Definitely recommend this hotel, My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast. The only negative that I can say is the staff are a bit rude for I went there to tell them we are going to check out but they wouldn't even say anything and I have to wait.

He hotel was extremely modern, very updated, awesome breakfast and rooftop bar, and the staff was brilliant and helpful.

"Nice hotel "
When we arrived Sunday at 1pm and we were greeted promptly and politely from the hotel staff. We arrived early and we were told our room would be ready by 2 pm. It was ready by 2:3 pm. When we checked in the room, the room had carpets, so we asked to have a new room because we don't like carpets in the room and the carpet looked a little worn out, plus my wife has allergies and would not of been able to stay in a room with carpets. They accommodated us by giving us a room without a carpet but was much smaller. We asked for a room similar in size to the one we booked and with no carpets. They told us that they had no other room available for the moment but would have one the next day, being Monday and would be able to show us the room at 10 am. . We agreed and slept in the smaller room the one night and in the morning we got up had breakfast, went and saw the room, and the room was acceptable to us and we agreed with the staff that we would take that room. We were told to just put all our belonging into our luggage's and go on with our day and upon our return all our belongings were moved to the new room and had a great vacation and stay at this hotel.
