The hotel is an excellent one. It is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Angelica and Suraya at the reception Desk were very very kind and helpful and always greeted us with the warm and friendly smile. Nayiri and Alicia at the breakfast area were super friendly and accommodating. The first day the cappuccino machine didn’t make a warm cappuccino so Nayiri , who spoke 5 languages, ran inside and made us 2 cups of cappuccinos. The breakfast was included and it is served until noon. It was absolutely delicious and had a very good variety. The room is very clean and looked like a room in a a chic boutique. The bathroom is spacious and very beautiful. There were very large size bath towels in addition to bath robes. The showerhead was very good size. We were very pleased with the room. There were two twins, alternating to work as bag handlers, and all the other duties. They are from Columbia. Both are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for so many reasons, the beautiful rooms, extremely helpful staff, and very close proximity to the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. Also close to an area that appears to be like rodeo drive of Beverly Hills .It is also two minutes away from the metro station, which will take you to the Colosseum or other areas in Rome. This property was rated 9.8 but it deserves a perfect ten.

Great location within walking distance of everything. Staff was available 24 hours a day and courteous. Good breakfast selection that is open until noon. Overall we thought the hotel was great and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very fair price for what you get.
