The room was very big and really nice. We had a big balcony that was wonderful for the weather in Rome. When we were leaving the hotel manager came and offered us waters to go and sat down to talk to us. That lady was wonderful, very friendly and just the kind of person you wish all hotels had. Nice surprise

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. From my check in to my dinner and check out staff was incredible
