Very good location within Rome metropolitan area, clean well-maintained facility, very comfortable room, staff friendly and helpful. Proximity to local tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and general walkabout was great. Would be my first choice on a return trip.

Great location walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The elevator was often not working in the annex building so be prepared to climb the stairs sometimes.

Front desk leaves much to be desired. Poor customer service. No respect to request by clients. Breakfast lowest quality. Bread two days old. Do not stay there. Noises on the walls are rats climbing up and down the walls. Wake you up at night. Not recommended !!!!

Main hotel building has clean, comfortable rooms, overall nicely maintained premises, roomy breakfast area, friendly helpful staff and great location for 'walkabouts'. Annex building (for guest overflow I expect) located a few hundred meters away has lower prices than main building but smaller, less appointed rooms and surroundings. I would stay at the 55 (main building) anytime. Nice place.

The walls are very thin between guest rooms and my room was next to the food prep room that is very noise from 6 am to 10 am. My room is on the 4th floor and the elevator didn’t work most of the time so you can imagine I have to walk up and down.

Nice room but the annexe is quite a walk from the main hotel. Also, we were on the 5th floor and the lift was out of use for decorating which we were not advised of in advance.
