The property was a little bit older, but well-maintained. Staff was amazing. It was a little bit further away than I expected but it was a good walk. There were two restaurants right around the corner. That were really good. We enjoyed our stay.

Lyuba was the nicest hotel receptionist I have ever encountered. She was extremely attentive, nice, and welcoming. I had really bad prior experience in Rome, but she definitely knew how to show great hospitality and was incredible with booking my tours reservations, and making me feel welcome. Sarah, was great was well. I smashed my finger, and they were attentive with aid and care. Overall, the hotel is more than 4 stars, it feels like 100. What an amazing experience!

I was visiting Rome with my wife after completing my cancer treatment. I booked a superior bedroom and hoped for a better and bigger room for a comfortable stay. I could not believe the size of a superior room in a 4-star hotel because you will get that size in a 2-star hotel in the UK. The shower cubicle was the smallest I had encountered in any country I had visited. Taking a shower was a challenge, and I only tried once and not again. Some of the staff were very good and others not and came across as unprofessional, harsh and unhelpful. We did enjoy Rome but not our hotel stay. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again and advise others to look elsewhere.
