Great hotel in a superb location with super friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable (firm and not sinking). Room had blackout shades, so for those who care, that means great sleep! Room size is a bit too compact for American standards but I think that is par for the course in Rome. Wifi and AC work well. And last but not least… I really wasn’t expecting such an amazing breakfast buffett.. My advice is, do not book early morning activities so you don’t miss the breakfast.

Everything about the Artemide was a delight! The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean and conveniently located, and the breakfast spread was absolutely unbelievable! We really felt luxurious and cared for by every staff member. My only complaints would have been that the swipe control for the elevator wasn't explained (I struggled to figure out what to do at first) and even when I figured it out it didn't seem to work for me consistently, and the shower only has a partially enclosed space that made it impossible to not splash the floor no matter how I stood. Even so, I would absolutely stay here again.
