The redeeming feature was friendly, polite and helpful staff. The room was a bit noisy, looking out into Aircon units. We tried to move but there were no options available. Also the walls of the rooms are very thin and sound easily passes through. Location is very close to the Rome train terminal which is helpful but a good hike from all attractions. Lastly ran out of hot water very quickly so we had to boil water in the included kettle for any baths. Loved the location, i usually stay in that quarter, few good restaurants nearby and very close to Rome Termini ( Rome Central Station) to hop in the train to the Airport. Sin embargo la habitación que me asignaron tenía varios problemas. El baño en mal estado la cadena no funcionaba, tuve que recurrir al front desk en varias oportunidades. La pintura de las paredes fatal, ni se diga, las puertas de la ducha dañadas, además escuchaba todo el ruido de las demás habitaciones, el cabecero de la cama viejo, el colchón muy duro nada cómodo. Rescato la actitud del personal y el desayuno. El único nombre que recuerdo es el de Donatella. Es muy dulce. Y el desayuno es generoso.
