quality ambience, friendly helpful staff, excellent position
It would of been nice to have a little booklet with map for the metro how to get to places of interest for the visitor Also fire alarm procedure and safety guides also telephone numbers to hand as when your told on your arrival it’s quickly forgotten with all the information you are told
The two story suites worked really well with our family.
Excellent location and great service from Paolo and her team. Made us feel very welcome
Located in Vatican City, gorgeous views of St Peter’s Basilica from terrace bar, great staff.
The Location was perfect. All the sites were within a mile or so.
This hotel was an excellent choice, great staff, clean, close to everything we wanted to visit..helpful..thankyou so much..and of course we weren't able to see everything we wanted so will hopefully 1 day viait again..
The property was well situated with helpful friendly staff. Our only issue was the last night a party of school children checked in & their behaviour was appalling running up & down the corridors shouting, bang doors & crying well into the early hours. The noise was horrendous, we called the reception ...
