Not recommend ,the room have no facilities no boiler or cofee , very old furniture, the colors they do are not match any thing and not give any comfortable , the beds not luxury at all , very old TV , the tares rusted , the breakfast not good bad quality orange juice , there is variety but brefer to look after the fruits as it trusted than the food

The location was good to be in the city without being at the centre, we hoped would make it quiet on a night for sleeping. We booked very last minute and needed somewhere to park and this was one of the only places with a car park included. The were staff friendly and accomodating with the parking space - we were very lucky as we managed to get the last space on the day we checked in for 2 days and allowed us to keep the car in its space 3 hours past check out on our last day. The room itself had plenty of space and storage for whatever luggage you had but was unfortunately a twin not the double we wanted. Unfortunately some of the light switches were faulty and the carpets had stains. Worse after the 1st night when room service had been in this included a trail of blood which we found at 8pm on the last night - it was late and we were too tired to complain. The other warning I should give is the sound proofing between rooms wasn't great and the 1st night we had noisy neighbours the second was quieter but that meant you could hear passing traffic outside despite being 4 floors up! Also beds were firm mattresses with 1 containing a very definite dip to one side. Last warning the breakfast was terrible & no hot food ( they did have bacon ect just clap cold ), most pastries just relied on sugar not flavour but some fruit & ok continental bits. Overall it was cheap for its location thanks to Inc parking but more like a 2 star city hotel. We should have complained but felt awkward

The AC did not work and it was very warm when I was staying there, the food was very limited to only one or two options each night, the breakfast served in the morning was low quality and ran out quickly, the internet was very very bad. I would constantly have to ask for new access codes every day to connect to the wifi which was so slow I couldn't do anything on it anyway. I got a phone call every day on whether or not I wanted my room cleaned when I would have a sign on the door anyway.

I’ve been coming here for years. Great mid-century Italian modern with huge buffet breakfast and wonderful staff who remember you from year to year. Spotlessly clean and rooms have a mini fridge.
