Room and location were great, my only complaint was difficulty in reaching and communicating with the property prior to arrival. Once i arrived, there were no issues.

I would not recommend this stay. Somehow after our room was made up the bed was dirty and the sheets not changed. Our towels were not changed during the entire duration of our stay either. The room smelled of cigarettes and the wifi did not work.

Room is rundown, the bed frame is peeling, and the room as well as bathroom need upkeeping. The shower has limited hot water, it lasts less than a minute before getting cold and needs time to heat again. They do not provide bathroom amenities. The staff would not provide a receipt for extra local taxes paid upon arrival. The hotel was unreachable by phone and email, would not respond to myself or Expedia. Upon arrival, they did not take any responsibility for being unreachable. I incurred extra costs having to book another hotel as they did not confirm that they accepted my late check in request. The location was convenient but the amenities and staff are not recommended.

More like a guesthouse rather than a “luxury suites”. Probably missed classified or I was cheated. Bed frames are filthy and chipped, headboard covered with filthy cloth and visible stain. Walls and floor tiles are old with visible cracked and mildew. Tight stall showers with broken folding door, water leaking out and no space/shelf to place soap or shampoos in the shower stall. Room entry door knobs were not securely screwed. Rooms were not made even though signs were hung on entry door knobs as instructed. Had to reuse old towels that were placed on dirty floor since they were not replaced as requested. Took some pictures of the rooms for reference. Totally disappointed for room rate of a “luxury suites”. Hope no other customer will ever experience the shocking surprise and disappointment.

NUNCA RESERVEN EN ESTE SITIO atención muy mala. Higiene muy mala. Las sábanas sucias con olor a sudor desde el primer día. La habitación olía a alcantarilla por alguna avería. Al reclamar me dijeron "que esperas por un sitio barato". Muy desconténto. Además hoteles.com tampoco me ayudaron a mediar.

Stanza appena appena passabile (roba da due stelle al massimo), ma con mobili vecchi e rovinati, specchio a terra, porte sella doccia che si staccano, ingresso comune a dir poco fatiscente (come già da precedenti foto di altre recensioni di anni addietro, quindi mai sistemato), reception inesistente (ci ho messo due gg per recuperare il documento) pulizia decente. Le foto sul sito sono uno specchietto per le allodole e credo risalgano a quando Inaugurato. Unica nota positiva la posizione. Va giusto bene se ci si deve solo dormire ma per il resto è improponibile.

Rent och fräscht och bra komfort

Rummet var rent och fräscht och sköna sängar att sova i. Läget var bra och ligger i ett lugt område med ett promenadavstånd till tunelbanan. Det enda negativa var badrummet där golvbrunnen svävmade över med vatten och det blev därför väldigt blött . Vi trodde rumet skulle vara större än det var, men som helhet är var nöjda med vår vistelse.

Fin indtjekning, vi fik værelset før tid. Så sluttede den gode oplevelse også. Ingen rengøring på værelset, brusehovedet i badet var helt utæt, sorte pletter i brusekabinen, tilstoppet afløb i brusekabinen. Virkelig dårligt lydisoleret, vågnede 4-5 gange pr nat, pga folk som gik på gangen. Airconditionanlæg virkede ikke. Køleskabet larmede helt vildt, så det var ikke muligt at have det tændt om natten. Ikke mulighed for at låne toilet efter udtjekning. Der lå udtrådt hundelort i indgangen til lejlighedskomplekset i flere dage. Ingen håndsæbe på værelset, og håndklæderne var tynde som papir. Dette værelset var aldrig nogensinde 1500kr værd pr nat.

Sul sito c’era la foto di una bella camera ampia e luminosa. Abbiamo prenotato con la certezza che fosse realmente quella camera. Invece è stata assegnata una camera piccola con finestra e senza balcone come da conferma prenotazione ricevuta. Il bagno un francobolllo. Angolo cottura in comune con altre due camere dietro una tenda. Abbiamo abbandonato la struttura

Il sig. Emilio è davvero molto gentile e disponibile, è venuto incontro ad ogni esigenza. La zona è strategica dato che si può raggiungere facilmente il centro a piedi e, comunque, è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e da diversi locali di buona qualità.

Udemærket overnatning. Vi har været i Rom mere 20 gange, og vi ved derfor en del om diverse overnatningssteder. Sallustio Luxury Suites trænger til vedligeholdelse, men hvis man kan se bort fra det, så kan man sagtens få en god base, når man besøger en fantastisk by, der rummer alt.
