The owner did not turn on the AC and made the room uncomfortable in the evening and hard to sleep. Food in the included breakfast is poor and not fresh. The house keeping was under staff as the daily room make up had not been done at 2:30pm; We had to ask for the make up and waited in the lobby for it to finish. The above indicated the hotel did not achieve a 4 stars hotel as claim.

There was a slew of issues here. 1. Staff was not generally friendly 2. AC didn’t work in the room, in May! 3. Breakfast was using food from the day before. I found a moldy cucumber slice 4. Wifi didn’t work 5. $45 euros tax slapped on us upon leaving!! Include that in your upfront cost! This is plain and simple not a 4 star hotel.
