We had a fantastic 2 day stay! We rented two rooms, and both were big, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and inviting. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Max, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Ursula and her son Lorenzo were very welcoming and kind upon our arrival. We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. And breakfast was included. Beds were so comfortable. The staff and owner were very friendly. So close to all of the sights Rome has to offer. 10 minute walk to the Vatican.

The Arpinelli’s have done a fabulous job renovating the property. It is super clean and finished with the highest quality doors, windows, fixtures, flooring, etc. They have also tastefully finished the rooms with genuine antiques and family heirlooms. It was like staying in a luxury guesthouse. The Arpinelli’s were very gracious hosts. When we checked in they sat down and gave us a very thorough and helpful overview of the neighbourhood and Rome. It is less than a 5 minutes walk to the...

Very recently renovated with large spacious room and bathroom. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Extremely clean. Excellent location. I would most definitely recommend this property and would stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

Fantastic value. In the heart of the vibrant Trastevere. Super staff: very helpful and pleasant beyond words. One caveat- if you're in a separate apartment, as I was, be aware there's an adjacent restaurant that is active to midnight but the apartment is large and the stocked fridge more than makes up for any noise "issue."

The room was great and the staff were incredible. Thank you so much!

I loved this stay so much. Perfect location. Very clean. Very friendly. Very helpful and accommodating. I’d love to return.

Ursula the host was extremely friendly, their whole family were helpful to us, and too bad we only stayed one night. The room was twice the size of a comparable value room in Europe. We understood there will be some noise as the windows face onto the main road, if you are afraid of noisy lively neighborhoods then don’t come to Trastevere and leave Rome immediately.

This was a great spot in a fantastic location everything was within walking distance to the hotel. It was a suite and had great amenities and the staff was very friendly and supportive.

Great location. Davide and Francesco are both very helpful and knowledgeable about Rome.

A great spot with easy access to shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and the staff very helpful. Would stay again!

If you want to feel like a celebrity and stay in a beautiful historic villa in the heart of the city, stay here! Staff could not be more pleasant and helpful, beds are so comfortable, and buffet breakfast was delicious.

Walkable. Staff are super nice. Room is very clean and spacious and we were given a suite room (upgraded)

Nice simple room, very easy, accessible. Convenient

Great place to stay with very helpful staff who helped us with dinner reservations and a ride to the airport. The ride was a fixed price of 70€ and was easy to use. Thank you Mari for everything!
