The staff was not very friendly towards us and I'm not sure what VIP benefits we're given. They did not really have a restaurant just breakfast served in the morning.

Great location, one subway stop from Rome Termini. Very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, good AC and wifi, comfortable beds. Best Aperol spritz around at the bar. Excellent restaurants in walking distance, with plenty of variety. Easy access to attractions. I stay here every time I am in Rome.

Wonderful hotel in Rome. Right next to the metro station and park. The hotel also has a taxi stand and Uber drivers are very familiar with the hotel and location. Please note, if you are traveling with mobility challenged guests, there are around seven steps to enter the building. The building does have elevators, but you have to walk the steps to get to the elevators.

This was delightful hotel and the staff was excellent. The rooms are small but sufficient. A great get away from central Rome. Other hotel amenities in the hotel were excellent.
