Be prepared for no reschedule or refund, under any circumstance. Our flights got canceled and then rescheduled for the next day due to inclement weather. I understood that they couldn't refund the money, but they wouldn't even credit towards the next night when we were scheduled to arrive. Yes they had room availability and I could book another room, but had to pay full price. I was even willing to up pay $180 over what I have already spent on the room for the nicer room available, and they said no.... This is a terrible policy and terrible service. I am sure the hotel is great and I am bummed were not going to get to stay there now. But no way am I gonna book another night with them when they won't even transfer my already paid for room credit over.... Due to this, sadly I would not recommend this hotel. PS. The receptionist was very nice and courteous... It's sad when good people are put in crap situations by a poorly ran business policy.

It’s in a perfect location, we walked to restaurants and shops. The connected street had a strip of shops.. and we walked to the Pantheon which was 8 min walk. And from there we walked 8 more minutes to the Trevi fountain which was another 8 mins but on your way it didn’t feel long at all.. loved the hotel and the cleaning staff they were amazing, they organized my out of place item’s perfectly. We were a group of 8 adults and we all loved the hotel, staff and the location.

November vacation trip
A nice, reasonably quiet location in an otherwise bustling big city. We could walk to most major attractions and had many excellent dining options nearby. The staff here were extraordinary, somehow anticipating our every need. Local directions, temporary luggage storage and an effortless taxi ride back to the airport were all arranged quickly and professionally. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, even some gluten and lactose free foods for those with food allergies.

The rooms are small but the staff, interior design and ambiance are top notch. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.

From our arrival, the staff was rude and not cooperative. Room´s air conditioning unit was not working so room was hot and humid. Lighting seemed to have an off connection. Internet connection was not friendly, and went off. Even the staff was not helpful with this issue. This was a very disappointing stay, mostly because of the lack of minimum service from the staff. Will never stay here again nor recommend.
