You may encounter wild rabbits, coyotes, mice, beetles, snakes, and spiders. This is their natural habitat, so please keep your distance. We also have Joshua Trees and cactus on the property so please be careful near them and wear shoes while outside. WIFI/CELL SERVICE: There is full cell service and reliable WiFi at the property if you need to be connected. SEWER: The house is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. EVENTS, PARTIES & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
