"We booked this hotel after having read many positive reviews and comparing prices. Free parking (a rarity in Niagara Falls), Free breakfast. This hotel is in remarkable condition, the rooms are well appointed with fridges and microwaves, dining table area, new TV's with cable. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets, bathroom and towels were equally clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and provided anything we needed without question. It is my understanding the person who checked us in actually owns the hotel. It was nice to be able to support a local business, we would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again. This hotel is a rare find. "

"Good location, just up the street from the Niagara River Parkway, short drive to the falls. Very private, clean and well appointed. Cosy living room with electric fire place and large screen TV. Would recommend for a couple looking for a relaxed or romantic get away."
