Worn linen and towels with holes in them. Noisy AC machine. No coffee machine in room. Breakfast just adequate. High fee and very unreasonable to add $5 resort rate. Even more unreasonable to charge $20 to park. Reception staff indifferent and unhelpful. This is no resort.

Very unhappy I couldn’t pay for parking with cash! And they wanted a 200 hold on my debit card. Not a fan of giving my credit card out when I’ve already paid! I’ve had it stolen twice in Canada with in hours of checking into my hotel when it’s pay at the hotel.

The hotel is an older building, but our room had been updated recently. It's quite a way from the falls, but walkable if you're looking for some exercise. Breakfast was okay but not notable. We had dinner at Mike & Angelos. Great pizza & beer.

Very terrible room. After driving 9 hours I reached this hotel only to find my room had 500 ants, which took almost 2 hours to resolve. And then they offered a room replacement which was a downgrade from what i had paid for. This all happened at around 12 AM. Breakfast was also very poor. Just all kinds of breads. I'd never book a stay here again!

The rooms were clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was good and there was a nice variety. A microwave in the rooms would be great. Some of the area around the motel was a little run down but this property was good. Would definitely stay again

This Inn has no elevator. So, if you are disabled, I would not recommend it unless you manage to get room for the lower floors. Otherwise, it is one of the cheaper options Niagara Hotels to book. The Inn comes with an electric stove top, large fridge, and a balcony. The only drawback is you can't take a bath in the tub as there is no drain plug. The hotel is 8 minute walk to White Water Walk. Close to Clifton Hill, Bird Kingdom, Great Wolf Lodge, Aerocar and Old Niagara Casino. If you are going to these areas by walking. This is a highly recommended Hotel to book unless your a disabled person. If you are a disabled person. I would recommend calling them to see if you can manage to book a room on the lower floors before it is sold out due to no elevators.

Overall, this hotel provides comfortable accommodations and a satisfactory breakfast. However, we were disappointed with the pool area. The pool itself appeared old and in need of renovation. It didn't meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall ambiance. Depending on your priorities, this hotel might still be a suitable choice.

We arrived at the property and observed receptionist telling another customer that system was down and they could not check them in. We waited in line for nearly 30 minutes and the receptionist never acknowledged my family and I. We ended up leaving and booking an entirely different hotel! Would not recommend this property to ANYONE. Also, the property looked dirty and outdated.

Horrible perfume smell I can assume to hide the smell of dead bodies. Would not check me in because I was a half hour early. THERE WAS NO ONE STAYING HERE. All red flags and I should’ve known. Let me check in, I asked location of pool, it was closed. I have kids, why would you not tell me that the pool was closed. Very unhelpful and opposite of hospitality. DO NOT TRUST RATING, it was horrifying and I left. I will be contacting all forms to warn others
