There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen area, however, aside from the welcome pack that is given- there is no coffee available unless you walk down the block to get it at a coffee shop. "It was in a great location, not in the busy areas but not far either. It was comfortable enough for a family of 5. Double bed for us parents in one room (with a/c), couch that becomes double bed in another room (with fan) and a single camp-bed that had to be placed in the kitchen (with a/c). The camp-bed was a bit cramped in the kitchen but for a couple of nights that we stayed it was just fine."

"We loved staying here. The doors opening onto the canal were a real treat. I saw reviews complaining about the smell, but we had no issues whatsoever. You are staying on the canal - of course it will smell like water! If you follow the directions you are given to the property, you will not get lost (do not use Google maps, just use the directions you are given). We would recommend this property 100 times over. We genuinely loved it!"

"Beautiful apartment, location is perfect. Was hard to find because it was our first time in Venice. Communication with owner was very good. The apartment is comfortable with a beautiful canal view.
