Ca’ Bella Studio is a small family-appartment which is located on the ground floor in an area of the historic center of Venice, behind the Arsenale and Piazza San Marco, with a supermarket and small grocery stores within walking distance, very easy landing of Arsenale and San Zaccaria stop (landing place of the public lines coming from Airport, Railway Station and Piazzale Roma), is located in the heart of the city, but still remaining in a peaceful, characteristic area.
The apartment has just been lovingly restored and is composed of a double bedroom with one double bed (linen and towels are provided), a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with some basic foods (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, pepper etc.).
The heating is independent and is equipped with air conditioning.
It is a small apartment ideal for short stays in Venice.
The use of the wifi is included in the price.
Final cleaning and the supply of sheets, household and bathroom linen are included in the price.

The VRBO is spacious and has all the accommodations necessary for a great stay in Venice. We walked to all of the main sights and foods. The apartment was central to all great things and quiet enough to be able to sleep well.

Nice place to stay
Overall, a nice place to stay in Venice. Conveniently located. Has everything I needed. It is not big, but quite enough for a person or two. It was very clean and well organized. One downside: I heard noise outside on the street at night and early morning. Also, had intermittent problems with internet, so had to reboot the modem a few times. Otherwise, no problems. I would stay again.

Awesome experience
Me and my mum come to Venice for the 1st time. Francesca is an awesome host, well communicated and understand for my delay flight. The place locate in a good neighborhood, you can walk anywhere.
Safety at night time as well. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had wonderfull stay at family-studio. Extremely clean, fully renovated, very close to all the main attractions in a very quiet place at the same time. Francesca is very friendly, kind and really caring host provided detailed info regarding location and surrounding area.Very good value for money. Highly Recommend !!!

Great Location
We really enjoyed our short time in Venice. This location is great! Close to San Marco square, and a very short walk to the water buses etc. Would stay here again if we ever return to Venice :)

Stay Here - you'll LOVE it!
The place was perfect for our 4 nights in Venice. It's on a quiet street, so you get a good rest after the crowds. It's close enough to everything, that you're never far from something amazing. The neighborhood has a great local vibe, with grocery and restaurants nearby.
The apartment had everything we needed for two and was nicely appointed. We cooked in (fish from the market, salads, etc.) sometimes and had everything we needed. Francesca was responsive and helpful throughout.
We'd definitely stay here on another visit to Venice!
