The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. "My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. "Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"
