"The boat we rented was extremely dirty and run down plus it smelled. The separate building on land that had the showers and bathrooms was also in disrepair. "sinceramente, es la vez que mejor nos han tratado fuera de casa. Ricardo es un tio 10. desde el dia uno, nos ayudo con todo y nos hizo sentir como en casa. "I am a big fan of this hotel - the location and rooms are excellent. Murano is such a beautiful island - and so much more chilled than Venice. Venice is an easy boat ride away so is still easy to get to and there’s a Vaporetto stop right outside the hotel.
