I picked the hotel based on the location, very close to the train station, but I don't think we could have found a better place to stay. The staff was delightful and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I know where we will be staying on our next visit to Venice and where we will recommend to anyone we know that is planning a trip

This property and the staff who run it are everything we hoped we would find when we planned our trip to Venice. The hotel's location is perfect, right off the Grand Canal and a short walk from the train and bus stations. Our room was AMAZING. We opened the windows and absorbed the breeze off the canal. The property is clean, well-maintained, and postcard perfect. When we arrived (a bit later than we had hoped) the staff phoned a local restaurant to let them know we were on our way. We were welcomed into what felt like, a family atmosphere. Staff gave us a detailed map, highlighting areas of interest, and recommended some things close to do. If we ever go back to Venice, this will be our spot. I felt so welcome and treasured.

It has a great location . The staff is very polite and professional . They speak several languages. Therefore, communication is not an issue.The hotel is very clean . Breakfasts are amazing . I had a wonderful stay in the hotel . They made a difference in my trip .
