Such a great location for this property. Was basically in the middle of everything. Can walk from train station or take a water taxi that gets you close. Staff was very helpful and everything was perfect.

I was impressed from the start by the directions we reviewed to the hotel, when we checked in we were given some tips on where to go, eat and what to see. The hotel itself was spotless, very welcoming. Our room was in the back so it was quiet. Over all our experience was brilliant

The room & bathroom was absolutely lovely. Venetian character, tasttefully resored & with modern conveniences. Coffee machine made good coffee, & tea kettle in room, both appreciated. Welcome by Tiziano was very warm & helpful. He gave us specific suggestions for meals & things to see, & hand marked these on a map.

Friendly boutique hotel
Lovely hotel. My room was spotless, great having a little fridge & coffee maker. Great location, close to everything. Tiziano was a great host, very welcoming & friendly & full of great suggestions of where to go etc. I was late checknin & my car was left waiting at the desk with a lovely welcome letter & map. I had lovely canal view. Room was lovely warm & the bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean & modern No problem leaving your luggage on check out day if you have late flight I'll definitely go back

Tizziano was fantastic. He welcomed us so nicely and was such a great host providing details on where to go and what to visit. Even it was a rainy day he suggested a few things we could still visit even with the rain. The hotel is central located and very close to the main attractions. The rooms are in excellent conditions and the bathroom is spotless. Perfect recommendation for an affordable and fantastic place to stay.

Wir waren für 1 Nacht im Hotel, Das Hotel war sauber und relativ zentral Für die Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir ca. 10 Minuten gebraucht. Es halt alles reibungslos funktioniert, da wir erst am Abend einchecken konnte, war die Rezeption geschlossen. Wir hatten von Hotel ein Email erhalten wie wir uns selber einchecken mit einem Brief im Hotel, der an mich adressiert war. Am nächsten Tag haben wir beim Personal ausgeschleckt. Er war sehr freundlich und professionell.
