It has 2 airco’s, a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet as well as towels and bathrobes. Furthermore a pantry with fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. In the pantry area, there is a table to work at or for having breakfast. In the large bedroom is a comfortable king-size bed with 2 single mattresses, a seating area and an extra desk or dressing table. Martin was an accommodating host, even helping us get our bags to San Giglio on departure; the flat is perfectly located between Campo San Mauritzio and the Grand Canal, a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to the bustle of San Marco. Only downsides: there is no water plumbed into the “kitchen;” and one morning we awoke to an unpleasant smell of sewer gas, which continued off and on that one day. But that may simply be endemic to Venezia, a city built on and surrounded by water.. ##### Gregg H. The bed is very comfy. The apartment is not designed to allow any self catering apart from coffee, tea and continental breakfast. There is no sink in the 'kitchen' area and only a small sink in the bijou bathroom, so washing up is tricky. Martin was very pleasant on our arrival and provided a list of places to eat out, though we did our own thing. Recommend buying the over shoe knee high covers if the rain starts. They were a godsend as it poured down for most of our stay. ☔️ ##### Gill H.
