Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
 In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

Home away from home
Our family of 4 with 2 teens enjoyed this space. We arrived late and were met by the host Tania and guided to the apartment. We were concerned about finding it at night after a long day of travel so we were grateful she was there. Kids had their own space up the spiral staircase. This space has peaked ceilings and staircase can be a bit of a challenge but the kids loved it. Bedrooms had everything we needed and space to spread out. Bathroom had all the basics plus it included a blow dryer and washer which we used. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. This place is central to everything, 5 mins to Rialto bridge, 10 mins to boat taxis, restaurants and shops just seconds aways. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

A quiet gem just a few minutes away from it all
Venice is an amazing city and can be overwhelming for a first-time visitor. Staying at this home was an INCREDIBLE experience from start to finish. The communication from the host was perfect, their suggestions were great, and the stay was lovely. From being flexible with our party being delayed from the Marco Polo airport to having someone guide us to the stay and walk us through any questions we had, all the way to allowing us to keep our luggage in the front area on the day of checkout so we could enjoy Venice just a few hours more without lugging everything around with us. FANTASTIC. There were a couple of reviews that commented on the accommodations for upstairs/attic space but I will say that as the person that stayed upstairs myself, I will comment that there isn't a lot of standing room for anyone that tall, but what are you doing standing around the space when you have all of Venice's beauty outside??? All joking aside, I was able to sleep perfectly fine upstairs as a 5'8" (172cm) person and actually found it quite lovely/cozy. An honest concern is carrying any luggage upstairs, so I ended up leaving my bags down below and only took essentials upstairs. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wifi was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Just a few minutes away from Rialto bridge. I wouldn't hesitate to book this stay again and hope to visit Venice again for a bit longer to explore the many nooks within this amazing city.

Daniel was waiting for us at the boat stop and took us to the property. He was very helpful for all questions. The apartment had everything to make our stay comfortable. It was very close to Rialto bridge and not difficult to find again after Daniel guided us there. There is a small washing machine and drying rack if you need to do any laundry.

Nice place to stay....except....
First, let me explain TO EVERYONE, that there are countless bridges and steps and stairs to get the apartment. It's like that all over Venice. I had no idea. Pulling your luggage through the crowds, over the bridges, up and down the countless steps, and then the steep stairs into the apartment was very hard! Two flights of very steep stairs. It was brutal on my knees and my mother who is a senior citizen. The owner had someone meet us at the Water Taxi station in Rialto. I really appreciated that. The person who met us was very nice. The listing is for two bedrooms, however, the "room" that is upstairs appears to have been a possible attic turned into a bedroom. You can't stand up straight on the 2nd floor. My son ended up on the sofa. We couldn't figure out how to pull out the sofa bed either. AC worked well. Wish we had known how to use to coffee pot. It's a small, but quaint flat. It was very clean.

Although up 3 flights of stairs, which was hard to drag suitcases up, apartment had air conditioning and great trattoria close by with fabulous food. Property close and easily accessible to major attractions. Host responsive to answer questions.
