Excellent little apartment in a great central location, comfortable, clean and roomy. I would happily rent it again and recommend it. The one very small thing that made life a little stressful was being given codes to the flat at 3 on the day, it would be nice to get these earlier as turning up in a foreign country entirely relying on a mobile phone signal to gave a roof over your head feels nerve-wracking to me - everyone has experiences where phones have let them down.

1st world problem!? Issues wuth connecting tv with wifi, once connected poor wifi connection to tv so unable to watch or stream. Apart from this, no kettle. The good points, great property, location and attention from the management. Very clean , comfortable beds and woukd definitely stay again.

Great apartment in the heart of Venice. Easy to find, comfortable, and convenient to so much. We had a lot of luggage, since Venice was our last stop on a two week trip, but getting there vaporetto and a short walk was easy. Elevator was a definite plus. Be aware during cool season that Italian law does not allow heat above 66f, so we dressed accordingly inside. It was a little cooler than we were used to but great for sleeping. We were disappointed that there was no coffee maker, nor paper towels in the suite. There is a Co-op grocery steps away so we made due with instant coffee :( before we headed out each day. And there is a sewer smell in the bathroom (apt 8) which I chalk up to old plumbing as the bathroom and kitchen are modern. Good shower and plenty of hot water. But spacious, comfortable and had everything else we needed. I was a little nervous about navigating to the airport on public transport with all of our bags, but purchased passes online for water taxis and bus to airport. Was easy, and seem less, even leaving at 6 am. Only wish we had another couple days in Venice— so much to see.

Great location, near the Rialto bridge and San Marco. Also near the Coop location for affordable groceries and water. Place had a kitchen and Living room which made it so comfortable for a family of 5.

This is a good place to stay as you are very close to the Rialto bridge (3-4 minutes walk) and can reach San Marco in 10-12 minutes. Like most of the places in Venice, the property doesn't look great from the outside but once you are inside the apartment, it's really very impressive. The management has kept the property in best shape and has everything what you will look for a comfortable stay. It comes with a common area washing machine and dryer which is really useful if you need to wash. Apart from that, this is close to many restaurants and Coop supermarket is just 30 meters away. Overall, good place for a comfortable stay. PS: They have notes across the property on various fines which can be levied if the guests break any rules. Sort of irritating and intrusive to us but I guess there must have been some bad experiences to put them so prominiently ;)

A very spacious apartment in an excellent location. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the roof terrace. Our only suggestion for improvement is that the kitchen could be better equipped, there was no kettle, not enough pans, no sharp knives or serving dishes etc. so it would not have been easy to cater for a group - this wasn’t a big issue for us as we were only staying two nights but we’re we staying any longer it would have been frustrating.

My wife, myself and our five children enjoyed the few nights we stayed here very much. The Rialto is very close. Food, shops and vendors are pretty much right outside your door. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will book again in the future.
