The property was a little dated and the wood ceiling in our room was not our vibe but the A/C was good and the room size was great! The best part were the staff were ALL super friendly and understanding. They were also patient to explain everything. They did not get frustrated even though there was a whole tour group they were checking in.

Although the property was located in a great area the room itself was lacking. It appeared that the hotel was in mid stride repairing the bathroom in our room, but left unfinished. The shower grout lines had mold in the shower, as well.

We are very disappointed. It’s very not price worthy for the stay, paid over €2xx per night, they just arranged the rooftop room which looks like the unauthorised construction room for us, the air conditioner is not cool enough.

Stayed for 1 night and had no issues. I booked this hotel due to it being a close walk to the train station which was a perfect location. They upgraded us to a room with Grand Canal views which was much appreciated. Would stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for us. It was very close to the St Lucia train station and it was right on the grand canal! We only stayed overnight so we didn’t care much about our room, but it was pretty small, as I imagine most rooms in Venice are. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and it was close to everything we were looking for. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again!

The hotel is not bad but the room didn’t look like the picture in Expedia at all. I paid $380 dollars for one night and I’m traveling alone with my two daughters. At the time for check in, they wanted to charge me an additional $200 euros for my little one, and they suggested to put us in different rooms, I said to them that the option for me was totally insane, I would never put my minors to sleep alone in a different room. Suddenly, after more than 30 minutes waiting in suffering they found a bigger room with a sofa bed and charge me $80 euros. I don’t mind if they charge extra for the breakfast, because is fare and I honestly prefer to have a better brunch in any bakery around here but my daughter is a tiny girl and always sleeps with me or her oldest sister.

Terrible - a/c stopped working in the middle of the night and they said "we will have someone come by later in the day" and I couldn't open a window without letting in mosquitos. It was like staying at a hostel but I paid $200 dollars with a view of an alley and a tiny room with no a/c. Can't recommend this place at all, don't waste your time or money. I requested a refund and am pending an update.

This place was great. With exception of black mold on the shower. We did book last minute and showed up almost immediately maybe that is the reason why they missed it. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay and will probably go back.

The best part of this hotel was its proximity to the train station. Venice is not easy to get around with luggage so I specifically sought out a hotel where we wouldn't have to walk far once arriving. However, once you drop your luggage off, the hotel is close to anything you'd want to do in Venice. It was about a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco (which you should see and then leave) but there's so much to do on the way, you will surely stop and eat, drink, and shop along the route. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was good. Our room was off of an alley and didn't have a view but that's what you get when you book it as a last minute travel change. The room was pretty hot over night, the air conditioning didn't really seem to work. We slept with the windows open and it was fine. I would definitely come back and stay here again, though I'd pay more for a room with a view.

Love this hotel in Venive
Nice hotel which is very close to Santa Lucia station. The room we stayed in was newly renovated, had ample space for 3 persons and has a balcony with a partial view of the canal. Hotel has a lovely restaurant in front of tne building. Breakfast buffet was good.

One night in Venice
Had a quick stop over in Venice from Rome on our way to Spain. The Hotel was lovely and on the water's edge. Space is a premium in Venice, but the rooms (2 rooms) were big enough for our stay. However, the hotel has a SMALL elevator and we found it difficult to locate the ENTRANCE as it's kind of 'hidden' in between the outside dining area - there is a door that leads to reception.

The hotel is in a perfect location. For my family and I it was very helpful to stay near the train station.walking with luggage in Veneza it is not a good idea. Our bedroom it was beautiful, but the cleaning it wasn’t good. I found trash from the previous guest.
