We enjoyed our stay however there was a strange odor in our room. We told the staff and they tried their best to fix it but I believe it was a plumbing problem because once we turned on the water in the bathroom the scent slowly came back. Aside from that my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, ferry bus and taxi/bus pick up areas. If catching a bus or taxi however, you would need to make a trot over the “glass bridge” which has like a million steps so it’s not advised to travel with a lot of luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful so we would recommend this hotel to family and friends traveling to Venice in the future.

Exactly as in pictures. Very clean space. Around the corner from the train station so we didn’t have to drag our bags far. We arrived early so they held our bags for us so we could tour around. Very helpful at front desk for tour ideas, scissors, bottle opener! They also packed a breakfast bag to go for us since our train departure was earlier than the breakfast. Very happy with Venice and our stay!

The property is a 10 minute walk from the Venice train station. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Shops, pubs, restaurants, and canal water taxis are a 2 minute walk. Our room on the second floor was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again in an instant. Finding the address for the first time is not easy because the walkway is easy to miss. We would stay there again without reservation.

Located inside a quiet alley next to the train station. Very convenient if you have big luggages. Staffs were helpful and polite. The rooms are clean with all the amenities fitted. Definitely a good choice.

The hotel was really nice and I loved the decor. I did find that our room air conditioning setting was fixed at 25° and we could not adjust it which was not ideal during the hot humid summer. Having said that I also did not ask. The location is fabulous with many useful amenities nearby- Train station, grocery store, water taxi

Great hotel near the train station. We spent only one night. Our room was very small, but cozy and with all the essentials. Breakfast was included with our stay and a staff member packed it for us as we had to check out very early to take a train to Milan.

This place was outrageously overpriced but we found out why soon enough. The hotel is right next to the train station and also some really good Shops and restaurants. The breakfast was pretty good, and so was the cappuccino. Our room was clean however the toilette was sliding a bit but we never complained.

It is close to buses, train station and the university. The breakfast is better than any 3 star hotel in the US ( but not compared to other hotels in Europe) I needed to work, but my room did not have a table to put my laptop. I asked to use one of the tables of the breakfast area around noon, but they denied this. Expedia said that I should receive VIP benefits but I didn’t know or see any benefits. One of the staff in the breakfast was rude. I would not stay there again. It seems that is good for people taking cruises in Venice.

My only complaint was that the air conditioner was extremely dusty and I am allergic to dust. I was too tired to notice until I woke up extremely stuffy. Other than that everything was clean simple but nice. Within walking distance of everything including the train station
