Nous aurions aimé aussi avoir une douche au lieu du bain avec la douche téléphone. de plus le fait de payer 20 $ et d’avoir des emplacements de stationnement assez serré. Nous avons trouvé ça un peu cher. Le reste était super. Merci beaucoup."

"Bed and pillows uncomfortable, the hotel has had renovations but enhanced only certain parts. The door to our room had a 3 inch gap between floor and door. It was not all bad, the hotel was clean, decent amenities just unfortunate situations sometimes. We purchased a parking pass with our stay and the hotel insisted on not giving us the pass as our ticket was supposed to scan the free stay. Well, it did not. We had to pay twice to be turned around and manage the refund ourselves with the parking company etc. A mess. We had a great visit in Quebec but will not be staying there again."

"We had an indoor balcony room and that was really nice with the kids. Property is an easy walk to the old city. Pool was very nice and the hot tub was awesome."

"Les arcades étaient continuellement brisé et je devais aller a la réception pour l'argent. Buffet pas terrible. A la carte cest mieux. Il devrait avertir l'heure de fermeture des buffets quand on le prend. Le monde court dans les corridors et jouent au mini hockey. Les indications ne sont pas claire dans l'hôtel. Que dire de ce rendre a l'hôtel avec les travaux tres compliqué. Assez pour ne pas y retourner ou le recommander"

"When I saw the pictures online, I thought it would be an amazing place to stay. However, upon arrival, I realized it was a complete lie. The images were more appealing than the actual hotel itself.I honestly think it should be classified as a motel instead. A family member even commented that it was 'hostile.' The room smelled terribly musty, with a strong odor of mold and mildew. The bathrooms were disgusting, with dirty, stained tiles and foul smells pervasive throughout. The breakfast offered was subpar and not worth the money paid. I hesitated to use the shower because of the visible mold growing on the grout and tiles. The bed frame was flimsy and poorly constructed; the scaffolding hit my husband’s shoes and broke. The water tank was awkwardly placed inside the wardrobe cabinet, making access difficult. There is no elevator, so we had to carry four heavy luggage pieces up and down the steep staircase, which was exhausting. We hear the sound of people walking around and the loud music outside. Totally will never recommend this place to anyone, not worth anyone’s money."
