Great place for a Family and Friends gathering, Girls get together, or a Guys trip! After a day at the beach, sunbathing, boating or fishing unwind in the Hot tub and relax around a fire. It is a 25 minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive. The kitchen has all the amenities to prepare an indoor meal or dine outdoors. Indoor dining table seats 8 - 10; additional seating for two on the kitchen island. Groceries, Restaurants, Drug store and Liquor store all within a few minutes walk.

Great place!
This was an amazing place to stay in the summer. Perfectly located with quick access to a grocery store, shopping and the beach. The house was spotless, even the top of the main fireplace! We felt comfortable and at home. Only thing we would suggest is blackout blinds for the upper bedrooms. Other than that, this place was perfect and we can’t wait to book again.

Sylvan reunion
Excellent accommodation for 3 brothers, 2 sisters & spouses (10 of us). Clean, well appointed & room for occasional visits from 10 other relatives. All agreed house and area made for a comfortable and enjoyable reunion.

We held a gathering of 4 generations of women (8 adults and one toddler). The house was easy to access and very nice. It provided options so that everyone had their own space when needed. Ally was very helpful.

Perfect vacation home
This was a beautiful home for our family weekend to celebrate our special anniversary. Lots of space to spread out. We loved the back yard and the hot tub! We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host Ally.

Large house in residential area
We needed a large house to accommodate a bridal shower gathering. This house worked well. Had everything we needed. Close to grocery stores. Nice fenced in yard. Beds very comfortable.

Outstanding property!! Everything is so clean and well laid out
We had 6 adults 50+ the space was perfect and the beds were wonderful. The owners have thought of every detail which is so nice because usually you have to bring a few extra supplies like katchup etc. Perfectly appointed appliances coffee etc.. Of note the flooring and furniture great selections having the smooth floor on the main level and that gorgeous soft carpet everywhere else. Wow Feels like a 5 star resort that you are actually comfortable. Thank you Ally for being so responsive to our questions and for building such a wonderful vrbo.
