Nice property. Jasper really doesn’t have a lot of new, modern properties. The room was spacious. The bed was big. The hot tub and poor were decent. The in hotel restaurant (terra) was very good. It was in a good location for walking to other places in Jasper. Not enough parking on site (don’t expect to get a parking spot) but easy to park on the street. No turn down service if you only stay two nights which is kinda weird as you are paying 150 dollars a night so it should be included. Overall value is decent as most places in Jasper are overpriced for how dated they are. Would stay again.
We stayed here Monday to Thursday in January. Our room was very clean, the king size bed was so comfortable! The pool and hot tub area were clean, however an adults only hot tub on the roof outside would be nice. Friendly and helpful staff. The Terra restaurant could use a few more choices on the dinner menu for the less adventurous as it is mostly wild game so we did not eat there. All in all it was quiet, clean and affordable for a ski getaway in Jasper.
Staff were nice, property close to everything. There was so much dog hair in our room, it smelled like wet dog. we had to ask for it to be vacuumed twice and it still was unsatisfactory. When we asked for a different room, the hotel was too full and we couldn’t be moved. My husband and I both have allergies and this was not enjoyable.
All staff are super friendly and very helpful. Serge at the front desk was simply amazing, very knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to deal with - he even upgraded us to the suite! The property was well maintained and clean. We will definitely stay here again. Price was great and walking distance to a lot of places.
