Nicely renovated, we had a really spacious room. Enjoyed the breakfast baskets and the sauna. Friendly staff. The downside was that being on the first floor, we did get quite a bit of noise from the room above us (the guests weren't overly loud, just poor soundproofing), we also got quite a bit of traffic noise. But there were earplugs available. For the price, I would stay here again.
Room with fire place was very nice. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Parking in back was tight. There were a few spots in front, but full by the time we got there. Breakfast was underwhelming. Nice sauna and quiet lounge area upstairs. Overall a nice place, but I wish the breakfast was better.
Great room at a great price. Loved the Rocky Mtn Soap products!

The hotel was nice but the room did smell a little musty. As for the parking lot, its a joke. A few tiny spots at the front where trucks are supposed to park(was over half filled with small cars) and a few stalls at the back. The turn to get to the back is so tight that even small cars were having trouble making the corner. When people parked near the corner of the hotel i had to make a multi point turn to get my truck around.
Good hotel for a quick overnight in Canmore but parking needs work.
